I have been looking for a small truck for 6 months. I have delt with rude and arrogant sales reps, over priced vehicles and low ball pricing on my trade. I explained to Herman what I wanted for my trade and he made it happen. I was at work in Panama City Beach and he was willing to stay past hours to give me the 3 hrs to get there. Ordered a 2024 F150 Tremor with Chris Carroll over the phone after visiting Riverbend Ford on a Saturday during the Bainbridge Blues Fest. How easy was that! Great deal over the phone and Chris was so knowledgeable. He kept me posted during the build and shipping process. It became obvious that he was as excited for the truck to arrive as I was. Got to meet Chris when I picked up my prize. He and the staff made me feel like family. Riverbend Ford was just as impressive as the Tremor!
