We spent the night in Mississippi while traveling to Georgia from Texas. We woke up that morning needing a front end alignment and new set of tires. The staff did an amazing job from customer service to quality of work. They were quick, courteous, reasonably priced, and provided a quality product. We were very thankful to find such a wonderful place in our time of need.

I was stuck with a 2025 Cadillac XT4 on a return trip from Austin Texas back home in upstate South Carolina. 700 miles from home and both dash panels were powering up and down at 5 to 12 minute intervals. Onstar would disconnect ever time the panels powered down. I limped it in to Nelson Hall Chevrolet in Meridian MS. Kaitlyn (service advisor) took me in, watched it power down while writing up the ticket, put it into service and had me back up and traveling in 35 minutes. An over the air software update didn’t save properly which caused the issue. They downloaded and reinstalled the update which fixed the problem. My Cadillac dealer in Greer SC told me to limp it in 700 miles and they would put in line for diagnosis when I arrived. I go to Texas quite often. I keep vehicles no more than 2 years. I’ll drive 700 miles to do business with Nelson Hall before I’ll ever again set foot on Fred Anderson Cadillac’s lot! Well done!!!
