2023 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

I bought a car there. They worked very hard to get me into it because my credit was not great. I enjoy my experiences there. All the employees are awesome. At least all the ones I've come in contact with. There was a recall on a part of my car and before the recall is done the motor died and I had to get a new motor. Since I was still under warranty factory warranty manufacturer warranty they replaced the engine for nothing and gave me a rental for 2 months while they fixed it. Cross my fingers the parts come in to fix the recall before it happens again.

We are so glad to be back at Palm coast Ford! We had been a part of the ford family for more than 5 yrs but decided to try another car brand and the service is why we came back to ford! Chris, Sean , Shawn and Don are the ones who always take care of us and we will never leave them again - not worth going to a company who doesn’t take care of their customers no matter the car. Just bought a motorcycle Harley Davidson from there. This is my second time doing business with this dealer. Sean and Josh are jr salesman they were great. At matter fact, Sean was the same salesman who sales me and my wife a Ford Explorer in 2013. Great people and you will not regret doing business here. I have to give them a 5 start because they were aBle to handle me, I am not easy and I know I was really a pain in the a$&. For that, I say thank you, and they went all the way to make sure I hot what I want. If you are looking for a car, do jot hesitate to go here and deal with this professional people.
