I had various repairs to my suv. My repairs took longer than expected and that is OK as long as they were done properly. In saying that, Mike the service manager was always transparent about what was going on. He communicated very well about the issue and he solved the issue within a reasonable time period.
If you’re in the market go see Tony Chambers. Awesome guy and very helpful. Went in last week to look at a new Jeep. He answered all of my questions and was very understanding of me wanting to wait a few days. Went back today and went through with the purchase.
