He was very pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. The time was impeccably outstanding. Marissa the Finance Manager was Amazing. She was thorough in signing paperwork and very professional! The salesman was fantastic! Did everything he could to insure credit approval and affordable payments. Started at, "there's no way I can afford that every month" but he didn't stop working at it until he was handing my mom the keys to her new 2023 Buick Encore.
