The manager had to intervene due to a rambunktious finance guy, I used the restroom and he sold gap insurance to my elderly dad. Nobody noticed they took away safety features an left me w gap. was not addressed what happened. no kind of point inspection cuz immediately my truck needed 5 gran worth of work. still gotta buy more tires cuz sum mystery thing keeps eating tires. So if being ignored an takn advantage first of then get great care are what does it.........the financial end was ignored and going to restroom was a mistake.

I had an estimate done on one of our work trucks and they were prompt and explained what I needed done, my bride and I also bought a newer vehicle from BAM and Christian the young gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable about his job and every vehicle that we looked at and test drove. We’re actually considering buying another vehicle to replace my work truck and it’s been such a fun experience with Christian and the rest of the BOM family that I really doubt we will go through any other dealership!
