This was my first experience buying a car, so I wasn't really sure what I would be in for. Our sales person, Brittney, was amazing and did everything she could for us! The car we were interested in was already pulled up front, when we got to the car lot, which made us feel like we were being taken seriously. Every staff member that we came across was very friendly, as well. While it did take some time, this is to be expected, especially in certain circumstances. Best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The GM took time to greet me. My salesman was smooth and quick to get deal done. Other salesmen asked how I was doing. The porter was very polite. I was there for about a hour and got financing to buy the Ridgeline I wanted. It’s usually a long wait to get it done. Not this time. Honda of Jonesboro really has the best staff in Northeast Arkansas. Thanks!
