Mr. Wes Wagner at Fairbanks Nissan was more than very helpful when I was shopping for a car since mine broke down and didn’t have any other means of transportation. I truly convinced that I was at the right place to buy a car. I brought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee with very low mileage and at an affordable price range that I was looking for. He ensured that I got taken care of, he went beyond and above all to get me the right vehicle. He ensured that the interior was detailed clean, and picked me up at rental location where I renting a vehicle and bring me back to the Dealership location to finalize the sell. Wes Wagner and Les Nichols were great to work with in getting a car for my son and daughter in law. We went through a few various scenarios working on a couple of different vehicles. They made it easy and were excellent in their follow up as well!

I recieved a gift postcard from Nissan to get my oil changed. I called and talked with their service advisor Elijah who was extremely accomadating. I was able to get in the next day and they worked around my schedule. I have found that the last couple of places I have brought my car to that they did not work around my schedule so this in of itself made me a happy customer. I waited for my car to get done and while I waited Elijah kept me up to date and was very courteous. I was in and out in under an hour! Amazing service.
