2024 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

I drove through town and was way due for my oil change. Although it was the afternoon and I had no appointment, they were able to help me out. Shout out to Christian who was nice, efficient and very helpful. Comfortable waiting room and clean space (although I got too late to get some coffee). My only “complaint” would be that the oil change was somewhat more expensive than at my regular ford dealer back home.

Eric Hayes was our sales rep. He was extremely professional and patient with us, knowledgably guiding us through the entire sales process. I was honestly amazed at how little negotiation was required to get to a good discount—on top of the 1.9% financing that was the main driver of our purchase. There was one issue with our 2023 F150 hybrid that required a software update before we could comfortably take delivery. The dealership engaged their head service tech who researched the issue, then updated every module on our truck to latest and greatest firmware. That solved our problem and we took delivery day before yesterday. We are already loving this more energy-efficient, work-oriented truck. It is loaded with a bunch of bells and whistles that help make day to day tasks more comfortable and efficient. And it doesn't have the expensive upgrades like leather seats and sunroofs that raise the price on most luxury-feeling trucks.
