I had a very good experience! Justin helped me out quite a bit to get the vehicle I wanted since I was having such a hard time. They were all extremely nice and very helpful. I purchased my vehicle about two months ago. I waited to do the review because I needed to see the issues with the vehicle before I posted. It’s been a really good vehicle except the oil light has come on and hasn’t shut off, along with my tire pressure light and there’s oil in the vehicle and air in the tires, so this must mean a short or something else with the engine which is very worrisome for me but I will be finding out soon enough. Hopefully just a short. The AC works but kicks out warm air and needs to be serviced which is an added expense. I love my car so I wouldn’t change it for the world but knowing this could’ve prepared me a little better for some things. I know owning a used vehicle there will be issues but a non working AC in Oklahoma heat definitely is one thing I could’ve done without it’s one of the reasons I needed a newer vehicle in the first place, since my AC in my older car wasn’t working properly. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and that’s why I gave them the five star especially for Justin and his kindness during a very hard time for me. I greatly appreciate you???? All in all I absolutely love my car it’s what I’ve been wanting for a few years now after owning my other one for 17 years. I also just really appreciate them helping me get what I wanted!
I had a great experience. I worked with Justin over at Zeller Ford. He and I talked about some vehicle options for me. I had no way to get to them as my only vehicle was broke down. I picked a 2014 Mazda 6 and Justin helped me get approved over the phone. He then came and picked me up to get me over to Zeller Ford so I could test drive my new car and do the paperwork. Thank you and it was awesome and easy getting our new vehicle from Zeller Ford!
