Aaron did a FaceTime walk around of the Jag XK and answered all my questions and pointed out even the smallest concerns. They shipped my car to North Carolina and it arrived in perfect condition! They’re great!

Amazing experience and even better people. I’ve bought a lot of different cars from dealers all over the country and have never been so impressed. I purchased a higher priced car and came from out of state. Aaron was extremely accommodating, thorough, professional, and upfront. Everything was just as he explained. If anyone reading this is in the air on purchasing a car from here I would tell you to do it! They don’t just make you a customer they make you a customer for life with the kind of service they provide. I highly recommend! My experience with Exceptional Motors LTD was well, exceptional….. I had been searching the internet for months trying to find a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Turbo with a sunroof. Having dealt with multiple dealerships and sleazy used car sales man, I was weary of reaching out to yet “another” used car dealership. I happen to come across Exceptional Motor’s website and discovered the vehicle I had been looking for. The only problem was that I was over 3,000 miles away and was unable to test drive the car. I reached out to Exceptional Motors LTD and spoke with the owner, Frank. He was courteous, friendly and informative. I explained to him my dilemma and he assured me that he had worked with others in similar circumstances. I requested additional documentation, specifically detailed pictures of various interior/exterior areas. He quickly emailed me the documentation within 24 hours, where I followed up by offering a deposit to hold the vehicle. He explained to me that he would “take my word” over the deposit as a good faith offer (They held the vehicle for five business days at no cost to me). At the end of fifth business day, I emailed Frank with certain requirements prior to me making an offer on the vehicle, i.e. new tires, a non-smoked in vehicle, interior/exterior detailed prior to delivery, two keys, and allowing the vehicle to remain on their lot till the transport picked it up. Frank agreed and signed the requested documentation within 4 hours. I made an offer and Exceptional Motors LTD accepted it. They gave me the name of a “middle man” would helped me with securing transport, who they had worked with prior. Two days later I had title in hand and all the proper documentation as well. Five days later the car was delivered to my requested address and was exactly how Frank said it would be. Honestly, I was very uneasy purchasing a car that I had never seen or driven in person, however Frank made the entire process smooth and non-stressful. I would definitely recommend Exceptional Motors LTD to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car, no matter what the distance is.
