It's so easy to make an appointment online! I scheduled a regular maintenance service, this to include tire rotation and replacement of the rear wiper. Josh Edwards was the staff person that I talked with upon arrival. He was not only friendly and professional, he called to let me know that my tires had dry rot. I asked if they could replace those in a relatively quick fashion as I have a trip planned. He not only was very helpful, he advised me that could be done immediately. He was so easy to work with! All the staff are great, shout out to Ronnie Preston also, he's always great and all of the service staff, my new tires are wonderful and I feel assured I'll have no problems with my car on my long trip. Took GMC Terrain back to get hitch put on. Was taken in at exactly appointment time. Work was done very timely and looked like a factory installation when done! This dealership is above all others for friendliness! They strive so hard to do their best.
