I just want to say thank you! Rob the General Manager helped me a great deal by being very honest,straightforward and professional. I originally had my heart set on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that Rob starts getting ready for me later on calls to tell me does not like the sound of the engine tells me will get it fixed cause he does not want to sell a car he is not 100% sure will continue to drive great showing me he really wants the best for me unfortunately the repair would take to long. Rob then hooked me up with 2013 Hyundai Sonata that I like even better. He got me a very good vehicle and he made sure it is in good shape for me. I have to say again Rob thank you! I love my new car.

Came Into Rob’s place of business after having my time wasted by multiple dealers, most trying to get more money out of me with “mandatory fees” etc. Safe to say Rob is One of One helped me get a better APR on my Loan and everything in regards to the price of the car was straight to the point no hidden fees. 11/10 i highly recommend West Islip Auto to anyone trying to purchase their next Vehicle.
