JD was fantastic to work with. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle on my own, JD made the process as smooth and easy as possible. He ensured he pointed out vehicle features/flaws that I wouldn't necessarily have thought to check for. The entire team operated in an efficient manner and followed up later to check on how things were going with the new vehicle.
Came in for oil change, was advised to have tire rotation at this time. Had them proceed with that. Everything was done in a timely manor. Was kept informed as how long it would take. In and out without any problems.
I just bought a 2024 Chevy TRAX LT through Pella Motors. I can not say enough good things about our experience. Our salesman (Dawson Ford) was very helpful in working with us to get the car we wanted. He provided lots of information for us to consider to ensure we knew everything we needed to know to make the right selection. The finance officer (Carl Livingston) went into great detail with us to ensure we understood all of our financial and extended warranty options. In both cases there was no pressure, just great, friendly service. The detail shop did a wonderful job of getting the car prepped for us to take home. I would recommend Pella Motors to anyone.
