5 STARS!!!! This dealer is amazing and offers the BEST customer service!!! My dad and I were packing up the car to move him back home ( long distance trip of 1200 miles ) and as the final bags were placed in the car the passenger side seatbelt wouldn’t come unbuckled. We tried to fix it but we’re unsuccessful. So we decided to take a chance and drive over to see if Gossett Memphis could get us an appointment today. Well, not only did we get an immediate appointment, we got a warm and friendly greeting, Livvie came right out to assess the car and when he couldn’t fix it he got Jessy from the garage. They spent about 10 minutes and got it fixed just like that! Given the situation and safety issue, they understood the importance and timing of the problem that needed to be fixed. I can’t say thank you enough to them for helping us so promptly and efficiently! I’d give them 100 stars if I could! ????????????

My appointment time was honored by the Service Department. Often time, customers have an appointment and would still have to wait 30 or more minutes before their vehicle is event taken back into the shop area. Great customer service. Great waiting area but no vending or snack area.

Probably the best experience with a dealership service department I’ve ever had. Our vehicle had 6 recalls and needed an oil change and wheel alignment. We live over an hour away so we knew the service would take a while and planned accordingly. Tiffany kept us updated the whole time, and they finished earlier than expected. They even shuttled me all the way to germantown for lunch instead of making me call for an Uber. 10/10 experience and will be using them in the future
