We had a great experience dining at pelato. Its a famous italian restaurant in the heart of Nashville. Food is awesome. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming. We started with a recommended red wine, followed by multiple shareables. Although they were good, the best was the rigatoni vodka pasta. Burnt broccoli felt a little oily. Tiramisu was a cherry on top. We had pre-booked otherwise sometimes the wait time exceeds upto an hour. Parking spots are difficult to find.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Pelato in Nashville. The food was excellent, but the real highlight of the night was our server, Stef. We travel often and have dined at multiple Michelin-star restaurants around the world, so we truly understand world-class dining and service. Stef went above and beyond explaining the menu, guiding us through the small plates, and making thoughtful recommendations. She was professional, personable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I truly hope more servers take her professional approach — she sets the standard. Now to the food: The broccolini was phenomenal — her recommendation — and even though I was hesitant at first, it ended up being one of my favorite dishes of the night. The gnocchi was outstanding and reminded me of a hearty, traditional Nonna-style recipe. The calamari was very good, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The zucchini strings were good on its own, but with the lemon as recommended it was taken to another level. The chicken parmigiana was also delicious — classic and well executed. We ended the night with the tiramisu, which was the perfect end to the evening. Great atmosphere, great small plates, and an overall excellent dining experience. But above all, Stef’s service made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend Pelato.

My wife and I had an outstanding evening at Pelato. We’ve dined at Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, so we know exceptional service — and our server, Maddie, belongs in that conversation. She was professional, warm, and genuinely passionate, guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that made all the difference. The broccolini — her suggestion — ended up being a highlight. The parm was perfection and perfectly executed, the salad flavorful, and the meatballs was the perfect. Great atmosphere, great food. But Maddie made the night truly memorable. Highly recommend — and ask for Maddie.????????????????
