Very great experience from this location, got the car of my dreams at the price I wanted. Didn't feel haggled like at my past experiences with car dealership. Everyone is very Authentic esp Ray. He's one of the nicest salesman over there, Really cares about what he does. I even went home and notice a couple nic in my windshield that I didn't notice before and he offered to set me up with a loaner and fix it for free. Even gave me a voucher for a free car wash. Thank you Ray for making this transition in our journey painless.

Recently, we started our search for a preowned certified vehicle with low mileage. We were looking for a vehicle from 2021 forward. We like everyone else searched online, Narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles and viewed in person at the many dealerships across Long Island. After speaking to other dealers and looking at other vehicles, we came back to Merrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep. He was friendly, easy-going, and attentive, and listened to what our needs were. We chose a vehicle and worked out an agreeable financing agreement with Joel. We picked up our vehicle with low mileage and it’s a 2023! The vehicle is still covered under warranty! We met Brian Thomas, the sales manager who welcomed us to the VIP family!
