2016 Dodge Durango Limited AWD

As a 62 year old, I have purchased well over a dozen vehicles in my lifetime, the last 4 of which have been online and this was by far my best experience to date. I knew exactly what I wanted, a black 2023 Chrysler 300S. This is my third 300 and since the model is being retired, probably my last. I contacted Mark Ray at Weimer CDJ, explained to him my needs and he immediately provided information, pictures, advice, and answered every question I had without any pressure or impatience. To finalize our deal he passed me along to sales manager Gavin Hopkins to work out all the details. Gavin proved to be just as efficient and competent as his salesman making it obvious that he was a leader who led by example and instilled how he feels about the importance of customer service. Gavin was able to solve all my problems and meet all my needs within a few emails and phone calls and made me the happy, proud and satisfied owner of a brand new car. This dealership has been by far the best dealership that I have worked with in my 28 years of buying Dodge Ram vehicles. I looked at several Dealerships locally in my State and then started to expand my search. I talked to at least 20+ different Dealers and the attention, no hassle response I received was way above expectations.
