2019 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

My husband and I have very recently made a purchase through Ghent and we are very happy. Marina Anderson was the lovely lady that helped us. She was very personable, patient, and kind. She went ab ove and beyond to help us with our decision and all the details. Marina even gave us a tour of the facility and showed us all of our truck features. Luis Reyes is our financial director and is also very kind and professional in helping us understand our rates and everything we needed to know. Even though I was first very overwhelmed with numbers I wasn't used to, he helped us through and was never anything but nice to us. We appreciate both Luis and Marina very much and would recommend them 100% for anyone looking for a vehicle. We are blessed to have had them and we are also very happy and excited about our purchase! My purchase process was wonderful. My sales person Terry Hitchcock made me feel comfortable, like a family member. He is very kind and yet a straight shooter. I never felt like he was misleading me at any point. I purchased my Cadillac close to closing time but Terry still spent time with me to go over the car and spent another hour with me 2 weeks later. He wanted to be sure I knew all the operations of the vehicle. Terry gave me a tour of the facility and educated me on what to expect. Terry is a wonderful and caring salesman. Tim Ervin, General Manager made the deal easy and I felt like I got a very fair price for my trade in. Scott Russell, Finance Director was very detailed about the paperwork and explained thoroughly what everything meant. Everyone was wonderful and easy to work with. I had an exceptional experience and highly recommend them.

I was traveling from out of state to purchase a Certified 2021 Colorado Z71 in January. The experience was smooth from start to finish. My sales rep, Terry, was very responsive and personable (which was especially important when dealing mostly over the phone) and the team had everything ready when I arrived (agreed upon price, financing, detailed truck, paperwork, etc). I drove it off the lot within a few hours and on to California. They even picked me up at the airport!!! The tech that picked me up (whose name is escaping me at the moment!) was also very nice and made the drive to the dealership easy.
