When I walked in the door I was not met with some greasy car sales person. In fact just the opposite if you are looking for a kind friendly face look no further than Anna! We just purchased a 2024 KIA Seltos from Russ Darrow KIA. The salesperson, Anna was new, but she was well educated about the vehicle. She was very friendly, listened well, and patiently answered all of our many questions about the vehicle and financing. She came in early to make the sale convenient for us. Best Deal Ben, the sales manager, dealt us a fantastic deal and gave us a great price for our for trade-in. He even came in the next day, on his off day, to oversee the closing of the sale. The finance person, Shannon, was great at explaining the financial part of the deal. Our experience, so far, was very satisfactory. The price we paid was definitely a better deal than elsewhere.
