5 stars isn’t enough to give proper praise to the Liberty Chevy service department. I am not from the area and needed to get vehicle towed at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and they stayed late to get my vehicle, gave me a loaner to get around for a day and then worked on it on a Saturday to get me back on the road to get home. Levi the service manager went above and beyond helping me and my family. He made the comment “I treat people like I would hope to be treated in the same situation” which saved our family vacation weekend. It’s rare to get service like this anymore and I’d like to send Levi all the thanks and praise I can!!

I was in town for the 2024 bike rally. I had to leave for home for work and daughter going to college. I have a brand new GMC and suddenly no power to my trailer lights. These great people in the service department didn't have time to help me but they did anyway. If I didn't live 1700 miles away they would get all my auto business. Thank you!

This was my first visit to South Dakota, as I had been invited by the governor of the state, and I felt a strong sense of patriotism to support the local economy. The car was an essential part of my vacation, as I had bought a one-way ticket from Florida to Rapid City. It allowed my girlfriend and me to return home without having to purchase expensive plane tickets. Buying a new car seemed like a more appropriate choice than spending a ridiculous amount on plane tickets.
