I have always worked with larger dealerships, thinking I'd get better service and a better deal. But after researching the vehicle I wanted, the best deal and vehicle was here. I called in the morning and a person answered the phone, not a computer. I set up a time to see the vehicle and drove it. By myself. They didn't require a ride-along. I had brought a pre-approval from a large lender and they asked without pressuring, would you like to see what my local lenders can do? I said, of course. The local lender came in 2% lower than my pre-approval. From beginning to end the process took 3 hours, unlike the 3 days I have experienced with the big guys. This place has my business for life. They are genuine, caring, and from the interactions I saw with the other few people in the shop, they are the real deal on helping rather than chasing the $$. As a Realtor, I'm always looking for authentic relationships and Boulevard Used Cars is getting added to my referral list.

Highly recommend Boulevard Used Cars based on my experience. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted (older, lower priced vehicle) to look at when I went there and Joel didn't try and push something more expensive. He was very friendly and accommodating through the whole process. After looking over the vehicle I had a few things I found that I wanted fixed and we worked out a fair deal. After bringing the vehicle home and driving it for a few weeks, and going through it even more thoroughly, I have absolutely no complaints. I got a good used vehicle, at a fair price, and as low stress process as you could ask for. I'd have no problem going back or recommending them to a friend in the future.
