Everyone was great! Service manager took care of my issue and got me back in the road as fast as possible. My truck was seriously screwed up by a previous mechanic and I was a full day drive away from home. They were honest, parts were overnighted (from near my home:( twice) and they got me on my way. The price was honest, not an over bloated gouge! They sent me with a detailed description for my home mechanic so he could track everything. This has been the most positive experience I have ever had at a service department at a dealership! I am bad with names but the service manger and his second in charge are phenomenal! I can’t say enough good! I will post names if I can find them in my notes.
