Erika is the absolute best! Love her! I don’t use the words above and beyond very often but she for sure went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We took our 2017 Chevy Silverado to Ed Kirby for some work that needed to be done with the air conditioner and in the process of their thorough overall check of our vehicle they discovered some other issues that needed to be taken care of with our vehicle. We were kept well informed of what was going and what other issues were found and the needed repairs . We had a warranty that we purchased at the time when we bought the vehicle and they worked with our warranty company in a very timely manner and got everything covered minus our deductible and the oil change. Their customer service goes above and beyond and Rick in the service department took excellent care of us and just was an overall pleasure to work with along with his staff. We would highly recommend anybody going to Ed Kirby for their service vehicle needs you may have. We will definitely be using them in the future for any other issues that occur with our vehicles and for our oil changes. Thank you for making what could’ve been such a stressful time with getting our truck repaired an easy, very timely,and stress free situation!! You all are AWESOME!!!
Past issues with the Service Department corrected! Rick Patton in Service stepped up and made good on a bad service experience in June of 2023. Took our Jeep in for basic service in June 2023. Up front pricing was sketchy at best. All service was not completed, and the bill was $40 more than expected. Talked to 2 different associates and one of the managers. Final answer : That is just the way the computer prices the service and there was nothing they could do to correct this. After driving home, I find that all service was not completed, so had to return the vehicle to get those items completed. My plan was to take the Jeep out of town for the next service and no more business with Edd Kirby. Before I scheduled the next service in April 2024 with an out of town dealer, I called Edd Kirby just to see if the pricing estimate process had changed. It had and I was given a price in line with other dealers I had called. I was put in touch with Rick in the service department, he reviewed my last visit and asked me to give them another chance and he would make it right. I took the vehicle over and Rick went above my expectations in getting everything corrected. We will be back as customers.
