Steve Higgins is knowledgeable, patient and an excellent sales person. He helped me over a number of months to be able to do a lease buyout. Michael Landry, the Finance manager was very helpful and with Steve, the General Manager worked to finalize my purchase. Every single person at Kia Nielsen is exceptional and I appreciate their courtesy and concern.

My service was fine. Sitting in the waiting room was a little awkward concerning. One customer was told that she had to pay for tires when she had stated on her contract that she had tires for life through Neilson the first time they owned the Kia dealership. Then the next customer was told that her warped rotor wasn’t covered under her warranty so she has to deal with that. I’m just happy I was there for an oil change and didn’t get the usual … my air filter is dirty … my coolant is low and I need a flush … so I guess I’m good this time. I hope next time I get an oil change there are people complaining so I get through pretty good.

Pleased with recent service. Drop off and pick up are much easier now that service is open til 6. Staff is attentive, they take time to explain any issues, makes recco’s but they do not push to get you to commit to work that isn’t critical. No problem recommending them at all. My experience to date has always been positive.
