I bought my Nissan 2 months ago and there was a leak found under the hood during an oil change. I was disappointed that any maintenance needed to be done immediately after buying the car. I set an appointment with Nissan which was easy but after dropping the car off I did not receive updates like I expected, nor did I received my car back in the time that I expected either, causing me to make travel arrangements for work for more days than expected. I received a text with a link to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and I checked the link daily but the status of the vehicle never changed from the vehicle being dropped off . That would be a nice tool if it were to be updated and accurate for customers to use. That was a bit disappointing as well but all staff was nice and answered the questions that I had.
Cherie was wonderful everything I wanted in a vehicle she gave right down to the color. I can’t describe how happy I am with my vehicle. Thank you for not just listening to me but hearing.
