Anytime you have car issues it’s a scary event. Especially when the car is only 4 years old. But Jack was SO helpful through the whole process. Was incredibly knowledgeable and helped diagnose FOUR issues for us, and also didn’t try to upsell or overcharge us. Also got us a loaner, and didn’t pressure us to rush back in once the car was done, allowed us to wait until it fit with our work schedules. Such a nice guy, and when we need a new car in a few years (or work on the two we bought here) we will be back to look for Jack! Thank you!!!
