It was SUCH a breath of fresh air to purchase a car from Doug's Lynnwood Mazda! After some awful experiences with other dealerships prior to visiting this dealership, this location was such a blessing. I was very frustrated as I couldn't find the exact car and terms, I was looking for however when I came to Doug's, my husband & I worked with Dotan, and we found the perfect CX5 that my needs and then some. He easily got us approved for the vehicle that looked like it was brand new even though it was a 2018. Glen in finance was also such a pleasure to work with, he had such a great sense of humor and made the finance aspect of buying a car a breeze! I greatly appreciate all the staff at this location, it was such a great experience and I recommend their location to anyone. After my negative experiences of pushy salesmen trying to sell me vehicles that didn't meet my needs just to get a sale, I just about lost hope. I came to this dealership after a bad experience at a prior mazda dealership where I was pressured to buy as soon as I walked in the door and hassled for leaving without a new car. I was pleasantly surprised at Doug's mazda-I made an appointment with Michael Hinton and not once was a pressured into buying. He made it a pleasant experience and was very patient with all my questions and was very transparent with me.
