I recently had some major issues with my vehicle and sought assistance from both Honda and Fremont because while my vehicle is a Honda, Fremont has a good reputation for service. It was clear right away that Fremont was the way to go. Rozanna in the Service Department went out of her way to get all of the quote and part information Honda was providing and found the costs I was being charged were far higher than they should have been. Honda’s part costs were heavily marked up. I am so appreciative of the service I received from Rozanna and Brandon Phifer in service for their assistance. They are a great team and despite how busy every car dealership and service department in the area is, they still made me feel like I was a priority. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly and helping ensure my wallet wasn’t gouged!
