On 03/02/2024 I purchased a 2021 Toyota Rav4 at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Trey Lewis. He was quick with finding the exact car that I wanted and scheduling an appointment. We were driving out of state to visit family for a wedding when a rock got kicked up and shattered our moon roof. Fortunately, no injury nor body damage, but the glass is hard to come by and we could only find Heritage willing to replace it. Robin and her team worked closely with us and insurance over the weekend to give us a fast turnaround and an incredibly generous adjustment to the final bill. Could not recommend enough.
Worked a deal with Heritage Toyota from Florida. James was great in getting me all the answers I wanted on the car and pricing at all hours of the day. Lane came up clutch with the financing as there was a little miscommunication that was resolved. They put me in a hard to find TRD Pro Sequoia at a great price that I couldn’t find anywhere else on the east coast. Would highly recommend Heritage Toyota and especially James and Lane.
