He found me a van at a great price within a couple weeks that checked all the boxes. In October of 2024, my first car that had been given to me from my parents after they had purchased a new vehicle, had finally broken down. Not wanting to sink even more money into a car that I knew I'd likely not be driving that time the following year, I began my search for a new (to me) vehicle. It was also my first time buying a car at 25 years old. I found Olson Auto through Facebook Marketplace on one of their listings. I reached out to Tyler and received a response very promptly. After reading the other reviews, I felt confident about buying my first car from him. I test drove the 2019 Subaru Legacy w/155K miles on it and was blown away at the great condition of the vehicle. It was also a serious upgrade from my previous 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I popped the hood and noticed that there was a lot of corrosion on the battery, but without hesitation Tyler and Rachele were able to get me a new one for free - thank you again! With it being my first time buying a car, I was unfamiliar with the process and Rachele was incredibly helpful at pointing me in the right direction and answering all the questions I had. I was able to get a newer car at a great price, and got a great rate. Rachele went out of her way to meet me back at the shop once I had my final paperwork ready because she knew I was relying on a friend for transport, even after the shop was closed for the day on a Friday. Since purchasing the car and having the new battery installed, it has treated me very well and I'm extremely happy with it! Olson Auto is an honest place run by good people. If you're in the market for a used car, don't want to break the budget, and want to know that you're in good hands - this is your place. I can't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Olson Auto for anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle at a reasonable price. The customer service both before and after the sale is amazing and a rare find these days. Tyler and Rachele are very helpful and responsive. I will definitely go back to them the next time I am looking for a used car.
