We absolutely loved this place for a used car sales,we had an amazing experience there. They helped my teen age daughter get a great car,with an extended warranty,they tried their hardest all day to get her a car in her own name when she didn't have any credit at all... Purchased a 2018 Audi A4 Allroad on 6/7/23 Vehicles should come with a full tank of gas or a $60 gift card. Also wish my car was clean when I looked at it. When I got the car home and gave it a good wash. I could definitely see the paint wasn’t as nice as It looked under a coat of dust in their lot. Going to be expensive fixing all the spots somebody tried to fix themselves. Other than that everything was perfect 10/10. They worked with me to get a vehicle I LOVE. Their fiancé guy got me a better loan than other bigger dealerships. I wish I was alone for the test ride but I had a worse ride along at the Audi dealership. For some people buying a new/ used vehicle is very overwhelming so it’s hard to ask for simple things like. VEHICLES SHOULD HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS and should be cleaned or offered to be washed before you drive off the lot. So overall 8/10
Jim and Andy are exceptionally professional and remarkable individuals. My experience in acquiring a vehicle through their assistance was remarkably smooth and efficient. The only aspect of the transaction that I mildly regret is not extending an invitation to engage in a social activity such as having a beer or playing golf together. Both gentlemen exuded a genuine and approachable demeanor, demonstrating honesty and directness in their communication. While awaiting the finalization of the transaction, we engaged in an enjoyable conversation. Their exceptional service exceeded my expectations. Having prior experience working in a dealership, I can confidently assert that I did not feel the need to assert my knowledge of the process.
