Sam was great. Super knowledgeable on the SUV we wanted, offered a test drive right away, was really respectful of our time ( car shopping with a baby! ), and helped us seal the deal on the best car for our family. She was pleasant, professional, and maintained open communication throughout the entire process. Recently purchased a new vehicle earlier this month from Ricart Chevy. We showed up on a Sunday and were immediately helped by Melvin and had a test drive. We wanted a specific vehicle which was ordered and came in a little over a week later. The entire process was very easy and smooth. Melvin was so nice and helpful. It’s been about 3-4 weeks with my new car and it has been great!
Randomly came into the dealer with a flat and Cody helped me out right before close. If you want a service manager that is extremely responsive then ask for Cody. I have had two nails in my C8 tires and he has gotten me in when I was available both times on short notice. Treats the customer like it's his car.
