2021 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

I had never purchased a car from a small lot dealer, so I was somewhat nervous going into it. I did some online research on their inventory and was very excited to see a lower mileage Honda CR-V that checked off all of the boxes I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. Also, their website was transparent. No gimmicks and all cars had Carfax reports available to check their histories. I reached out to Ali and asked if the Honda was still available, which it was. I set up a time to check the car out and take a test drive. I was so relieved by Ali's demeanor when I arrived. There was ZERO PRESSURE and no rush to get me to purchase the car during my visit. He answered the questions I had, he explained the warranty for the vehicle, and really put me at ease about the process. I had a couple other appointments to look at similar models, and can tell you that Auto Choice (specifically Ali) is DIFFERENT. I bought the car from Ali with confidence, feeling like it was a great deal. The car had small issues that were taken care of by Ali, with no inconvenience to me, shortly after my purchase (a part on back order, a key replacement, and a slow tire leak). Auto Choice stands behind their cars and wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your experience and purchase. How refreshing! I can tell you this...when the time comes to purchase another car, I will definitely give Ali and Auto Choice a call. Five stars all the way!
