The girls at the service desk were extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. The mechanic who took over the job was friendly and in the end, got the alignment perfect. The service manager was very accommodating and ensured I was taken care of. After a rocky start, Toyota of Del Rio service department made sure I was taken care of and did a good job on my alignment.
