Great, friendly staff with a small town atmosphere that is hard to come by at most dealerships. They were willing to work with my budget and get me the exact car I was looking for. My favorite part was how quick everything was. The day I called and made my decision to buy, they had the paperwork complete and ready to be signed when I came in the next day (even though it was the day before a holiday). Our daughter who is a student at Colgate was in an accident. They were great working with us long distance on necessary repairs. Their pricing was competitive and enabled us to have everything done at their site. They gave our daughter rides when delivering/picking up car. Overall great customer service and we highly recommend.
