2025 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

My service at Straub was exceptional !!!! We were in town visiting our ball player at Wheeling University when the check engine light came on and we barely made it to our hotel up the steep hill with our children in the car. We brought it over at 8 am on Saturday morning and Brandon was very professional and very friendly ! He was honest an upfront with what he could do for us. Stressful being 10 hours from home... He made everything happen that he stated he could, kept great communication, and not only had us back on the road on our departure date of Monday afternoon, but home safely with our children !!!! I cannot express the appreciation I have for honesty and amazing customer service ! Thank you Straub... Buy and Service your car from them!!!!! If I lived closer there is no doubt that is where we would be. Thank you so much again for caring about getting us home safely !

We love straub!!! They're always the best and it feels like family when they treat your own family like theirs. THEO and Katie were awesome. They didn't pressure us and Theo was straight up and honest with us and did an awesome job. Also, Straub takes care you well after you have bought a vehicle from them.
