My fourth purchase with Lynnwood Land Rover and as always, a pleasant experience. A great experience with Sales Advisor, Natasha. Natasha listened to my expectations in selecting a vehicle and helped me narrow it down to the Land Rover that was the best fit for my needs and budget. Offered genuine information, suggestions and things to consider with different models. Closing was relatively easy, efficient and the cherry on the top - a Big, White Bow on the hood of the vehicle. Recent change in ownership - for the better! I originally started shopping for my Land Rover in September 2023, then ordered a custom car in December 2023 and took delivery in July 2024. Back in 2023 when I asked to make a custom order, I had to get "special permission" from the GM at the time -- I nearly took my business to Land Rover Tacoma I was so put off... However, once my vehicle came in, I had a night-and-day different experience with the dealership, which had undergone a change in ownership. I received helpful texts from my new sales rep to keep me informed of when my car had arrived in port, then when it was expected in store so that we could make an appointment to complete the paperwork to take possession. My sales rep Sean was very helpful and patient in showing me the vehicle features, ensuring I had all the Land Rover apps downloaded and that my account credentials were in sync with my vehicle. I also had an efficient, friendly interaction with Mel in the Finance department! Overall great experience since the ownership transition, and I look forward to continuing a relationship with Land Rover Seattle and their Service Department!

Wow! Exceptional customer service!!! I traveled halfway across the country to purchase a used vehicle from Land Rover Seattle because the vehicle was immaculate, the online listing very detailed and as I said before, the customer service was exceptional! My rep, Natasha, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She went out of her way to help me, answer my questions, and all-around made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Being that I flew in and drove back, I needed a ride from the airport the following morning. Brent, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, scheduled an Uber for me, but my not being Uber savvy, Natasha and Brent took care of it all so I merely knew the details to get in the right ride. When I arrived the truck was waiting in a covered space completely detailed and with a bow on it! Felt like one of those Christmas commercials. Natasha went over the truck with me and then passed me to finance to finish the deal. Melissa, Finance Manager, was just as nice, knowledgeable, and professional as everyone else and made the money piece simple and enjoyable.
