Prior to placing a deposit on the vehicle I was interested in, he allowed me to take it to a local mechanic to have it checked out. Upon returning with the invoice from this mechanic, he was able to work with me on any necessary fixes. He was upfront in addressing my concerns without minimizing them (as I've experienced at other dealers), and the car was ready quickly. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family.
