Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly. We basically had sealed the deal over the phone. I drove about 5 hrs to get there and it was worth it. When I arrived to facility, he met me in parking lot. All paperwork was ready for my signature. Everything was exactly as he explained to me over the phone.
