2025 Dodge Durango GT AWD

We recently did business with Breeden Dodge, and after the purchase a situation came up that could’ve gone either way. They handled it with absolute integrity and professionalism. They stood behind what they sold and did the right thing without excuses or runaround. That kind of honesty matters, especially after the paperwork is signed. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that operates with honor.

As a fulltime rv'er, our truck is our lifeline. After setting up at the campground, I noticed a bent/broken piece by the driverside rear caliper. I looked up the closest CDJR dealer and drove to Breeden CDJR of Fort Smith, Arkansas. I was greeted by Service Advised Anthony Morgan who immediately addressed my concern and asked the Service Manager, Randy Jackson, to take take a look at my truck. Then, Shop Foreman Ronald Lovell joined him. Both crawled under my truck in the parking lot and determined the issue. Mr. Lovell drove the truck in the service bay and proceeded to personally correct the issue and inspect for any other damage. He returned my keys and said I was good to go. No charge. While the issue turned out to be minor, the Breeden CDJR Service Dept customer service I experienced as a walk-in on a Friday @ 3pm was superb.
