Norman was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind from the moment I came in, to the moment I drove off the lot. Brian was also great when it came to getting a deal done that worked for me and getting the financial side of things taken care of transparently and thoroughly.
Matt Kordeleski, service advisor, was very attentive and professional. He processed me quickly and kept me informed as to what was happening with my car. There will be a need to order a part and to schedule a return visit. Matt also promised he would let me know when the part arrives and will follow up. When I drove into the garage, Matt and several other folks greeted me. When the appointment was completed, the car was power washed and ready to go for me. I was pleased with the service I received.
