We have been to this location a few times as my mother bought her car here, but my husband and I bought a vehicle over the weekend on Saturday and it truly was a Grade A experience. Ill begin to say that each time we've been here every single staff member in every single department has been so kind and so attentive making sure you're all good. This was our first time meeting Frankie and wow, what a primetime experience!! A true professional, it felt like we knew him for years. It was an honor to work with on this. His attention to detail, warm personality, and ability to really listen to what we were looking for exceeded expectations. He was honest, transparent, and we definitely will be looking for him every time we stop by!!
