2015 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD

We had a very good experience with this dealership. They have a good selection of inventory and the cars are all sparkling clean, unlike others we had visited. Our salesman, Jay, was very professional, accommodating and low pressure. Word of advice, definitely have any car you buy inspected by a mechanic BEFORE you purchase it. We did it after the sale and did find an issue. However, the manager Mustafa, handled it with total integrity. We resolved it under the warranty exactly as agreed. We would purchase from them again.

Picked up a One owner well maintained Audi A4. Drove a few hours to check it out, but very pleased with the car. Melissa did an exceptional job communicating with me about the vehicle. Not your normal used car dealer! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, the staff at Perfect Auto were fantastic. Shaq, is by far, one of the best representatives I have had the pleasure of meeting. Incredibly helpful, kind, honest, and patient. Dwight, in finance, made everything as easy as possible and was always patient with the millions of questions I had. The whole experience was a happy one. The car I purchased, a 2017 Q5 Audi, is a beautiful car. Runs great and is in wonderful condition.
