2014 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD

After expanding my Auto Trader search out to a 200 mile radius I found this beautiful red Cadillac at Diepholz Chevrolet Buick GMC in Charleston, Illinois. That was a three hour drive from where I live but I really liked the car. In talking to Colton Pettyjohn at the dealership I found out how easy it could be to purchase the car on line and have it delivered. Colton was very good about doing exactly what he said he was going to do and followed up with me regularly as we worked through the process. A very pleasant driver named Gary showed up yesterday with this awesome car and drove off with my old Jeep. Colton handled all of the paperwork to make this happen. All in all it was a great experience! I certainly would not hesitate to purchase another car from Diepholz (on line of course)!

I purchased my first vehicle from Diepholz in 2018, a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. Fast forward to today it was time for something bigger, I returned to Diepholz again and this time purchased a 2021 Buick Enclave. Both times I worked with John Bush who is always friendly and super knowledgeable. Also shout out to Mike Daume who is so good at explaining all the details of your loan and all your options. The entire staff at Diepholz is wonderful and many of the people who were there in 2018 are still there today. The few times my Malibu had a issue Diepholz always had me taken care of and a loaner car to boot. I know my new car will be just as cared for. Highly recommend working with them!
