I wish I could give 10 stars. Mckenzie was amazing to work with. She made the whole process simple and answered all my questions. I have never had the experience with a dealership like I did with Chapman Chevrolet. Other dealerships love to play games. There were no games with Mckenzie. It was easy and simple to buy our truck. Tyler from financing was so relaxed about buying a warranty and gap insurance, we ended up buying both. I am insanely grateful for Mckenzie's hard work and her amazing customer service.
