After having my 2002 dodge ram 1500 break down a year ago, I took her to one mechanic whom I trusted to get her back on the road fairly quickly. The 1st mechanic had my truck from March 2023 until July 2023. I knew that James was already booked out until mid August when I sent my truck to him to be fixed. As soon as he was able to get my truck into the shop I received a call telling me that I needed a new ECM which in non-technical terms it's the computer (the brain ????) to my truck. I ordered the part in late September from the parts store but received one that was already flashed to another truck. So with both James and Brian's help we ordered another one. Long story short James and Brian have gotten my truck back on the road and to top it off I had a headlight that didn't work and for that matter neither did my high beams. But when I got my truck back today everything and I do mean everything works!! Brian and James saved my truck and got her back on the road and she even passed her inspection. A huge Thank you to Premier Auto for helping fix my truck and getting her back on the road again.
Well,I have to tell the planet about someone who saved my life. I was in really bad car accident,hurt n without car.this girl named London at Premier Auto Sales not only was more than human being,she made sure I was going to get better and got me into a car identical to mine and with not even as many miles.she made me feel sooo special,and assured me she would personally see me thru my whole nite mare What has happened to people like this when we need them?London restored my faith in people,and I will never be able to show her my deep gratitude.
