2021 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD

This was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Starting with salesman Derrick Jones, he was great! He was not pushy or obnoxious. He is easy to talk to, did what he said he was going to do and showed me everything on the car. I told him my situation, financially and otherwise and my time/schedule issues. Derrick made it all happen, just as I needed. He also followed up with me twice after my purchase. One of his follow up texts was on the day of me going out of town. Derrick remembered me telling him this and mentioned it in his text. This shows me he actually listened and retained details, necessary ingredients to be a great salesman. I also dealt with Casey Price. He was amazing as well! He called me & discussed the financial details, warranty options and answered my questions. (A phone call was necessary due to my time constraints) At closing Casey was very friendly and relaxed. He was quite thorough, explaining everything. He was nice to my kids as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. There is a Buick/GMC dealer very close to my house. I wouldn’t give them a penny. Driving 40 minutes is worth it for this kind of experience. Service manager went out of his way to help me leverage my warranty. Since moving to Indy two years ago I’ve been getting service at your dealership (we have a Yukon and Acadia).
