2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

Brought my 2011 Xterra to McKinnon for a diagnostic check. I was greeted by the service manager, John Shields, and my car was taken back immediately. John went over what the computer reported with me, giving me options and prices for repair. He was very professional and I will definitely return with my vehicles.

I had to bring 4 Titans (as I am part of a fleet company) into McKinnon Nissan for battery issues. I first contacted John Shields (Service Manager) to let him know I will be transporting in 4 Titans. John was upfront regarding timing of how long it may take to have these vehicles looked at. He was always pleasant to speak with and made the time to speak with me when I had questions. It was a joy working with him. I wish more people were like him.

From my first frantic phone call, I received thorough information on my car’s issue. The towing was seamless and the repair time was doable. I am very thankful to John and Shane who walked me thru the repair of my vehicle.
