Wanted to give a review of the service department. My Honda had a recall issue with its engine. I live in Arizona and none of the local or out-of-town dealers could get the needed part to repair the issue. Before I started reaching out to San Diego, I decided to give Imperial Valley Honda a call. They were able to get the necessary part in a week. I made an appointment online and received a call the day prior to confirm. Staff at the service department took great care of me, and they had the repair done faster than expected. I drove out of state to get my work done here and it was worth the drive. 5 stars.

She is awesome, will get you want you need, as well as working on getting the right amount that works for you. I have purchased twice through this dealership and Leslie has always came through.
